Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract W2

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs JavaScript HTML and CSS.

Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes including workflows and automation.

Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management) CSM(Customer Service Management also called PSDS) and HAM (Hardware asset management).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

Relevant certifications (e.g. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
