Southfield MI (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Salary Range: Up to $163K

Key Accountabilities (Overview)
- Lead large-scale high-impact initiatives including new plant startups product launches and enterprise transformation efforts
- Ensure business requirements are clearly defined organized and communicated across teams
- Operate within established project governance structures and help strengthen them
- Partner directly with senior leadership to drive alignment across business units
- Develop business cases including ROI analysis cost modeling and benefit realization
- Validate initiatives against strategic objectives and long-term business goals
- Support long-range planning identifying interdependencies across programs
- Lead governance meetings including steering committees and executive updates
- Proactively identify and manage organizational operational and financial risks
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives
- Lead communication strategies across executive and cross-functional audiences
- Track adoption and business impact providing clear performance updates
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in a business or technical field
- 8 years of project or program management experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements
- Strong financial acumen (ROI business case development cost modeling)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational governance and documentation capabilities
- Proven ability to lead change management efforts
- Experience with project and reporting tools (e.g. MS Planner Power BI)
Preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
