Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI)Newark office is looking for an experiencedSenior Project Manager - Civil Design (PE Licensed)to join our Team! We are a leading engineering firm known for quality responsiveness and a proven track record of success as a Prime civil engineering firm. As theSenior Project Manageryou will be responsiblefor leading the office by developing and building a highly motivated team while overseeing the delivery of a diverse projects portfolio consisting of design and construction inspection services. This position will cultivate existing client relationships and lead the pursuit and securing of opportunities with various new public and private clients in alignment with the current strategic business plan.This position will provide office leadership project delivery oversight operational management and business planning in close partnership with IEIs senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring established relationships with market clients and communities in various sectors and levels to identify and secure new work. The Operations Manager will use their substantial project and program management skills to hire mentor and grow an excellent team and conduct and oversee the work.
