Sr Program Manager, North America Stores (NAS) PXT

Job Summary
This Sr Program Manager is responsible for supporting the strategy and planning for our program and initiative operations for our NAS PXT enterprise reporting NAS Tech talent programs/processes and Canada PXT POC programs. The role requires heavy collaboration with PXT Corp and WWAS COEs NAS HRBPs and Tech / Canada business leaders.
This position is responsible for the following strategic focus areas:
- Driving strategically important initiatives with leaders in NA Stores Tech and Canada product category operations.
- Partnering with technology HRBPs and leaders to build repeatable and predictable talent processes (promotions talent reviews and business reviews.
- Designing enterprise NAS PXT reporting and review mechanisms to maximize stakeholder awareness.
- Writing documents for leadership reviews and providing visibility on program status across stakeholders.
- Running NAS PXT team mechanisms operating plan and rhythm of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced dynamic organization able to easily toggle between tactical and strategic workloads write effective narratives (xBR Program/Initiative docs) and have a proven track record of delivery/execution with limited guidance. Collaboration leading through influence and comfort with ambiguity will be key to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
NAS PXT operations (20%):
- xBR coordination
- Opex/restructuring POC
- Roster / Op Plan administration
NAS Tech Talent Programs (40%):
- L6-L8 promotion & talent reviews
- NAS Tech LT PXT QBR planning
- Tech talent trend reporting
Canada PXT POC and business programs (40%):
- Canada xBR / trend reporting
- EVP PR and employee events
- Drive mgr/emp exp programs
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing implementing and scaling upskilling apprenticeship or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
