To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior PCBA Process Engineer located in Milpitas CA.
Reporting to the Director Operations Engineering the Senior PCBA Process Engineer be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost quality and delivery improvementstosupport aPCBAmanufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability (dfxstudy)
- Prepare justification purchase and implement capital equipment for production
- Establish robust repeatable and reproducible process parameters
- Trouble shoot process related issues
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials
- Implement statistical process reviews on new and existing products
- Implement safety productivity and yield improvements.
- Improve manufacturing techniques and through put.
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
- Review processing methods
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer
- Manage cost improvement/reduction programs
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Process Mechanical Materials Manufacturing Processing
- 6 years of experience in Engineeringinthehigh Technology Electronics industry Manufacturing
- 5 years of Manufacturing Production and Operations
- 4 years of experience in engineeringin thehigh technology electronics industry or related area.
- Experience Manufacturing Technology in a high volume highly automated setting.
- Advanced people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint spreadsheet (PC) presentation and database software.
