Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Time & Labor Systems Analyst with strong Kronos Ready / UKG Ready expertise to support a critical timekeeping and systems initiative. This role will focus on configuration system processes and time & attendance functionality supporting ongoing operations and a future transition to Oracle (targeted July 2026).
This is a functional-technical (techno-functional) role working behind the scenes with internal teams and implementation partners-no client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Kronos Ready / UKG Ready timekeeping systems
Design modify and maintain time & labor / time & attendance rules and configurations
Manage timekeeping processes system workflows and ticket resolution
Support complex pay rules and union-based scheduling structures within the system
Partner with internal payroll and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment (no direct payroll processing)
Extract validate and provide timekeeping data to implementation partners / system integrators
Assist with system readiness for Oracle payroll transition (planned July 2026)
Maintain and update process documentation and internal knowledge base
Use Excel to support data validation reporting and analysis activities
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Kronos Ready or UKG Ready (required)
Deep knowledge of Time & Labor / Time & Attendance systems
Proven experience with system configuration (pay rules accruals schedules etc.)
Understanding of payroll processes (no payroll processing required)
Experience working in a functional-technical or techno-functional role
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced systems-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting system integrations or data migrations
Exposure to ADP payroll systems
Familiarity with Oracle payroll or ERP implementations
Experience working with union or complex pay structures
