Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager Finance located in Raynham Massachusetts.

The Senior Manager Finance (HR) serves as a strategic finance partner to Human Resources leadershipprovidingfinancial insight governance and decision support for workforcerelated investments and operating plans. This role plays a critical part in shapingpeoplestrategy by translating HR initiatives into clear financial outcomes ensuring alignment with business priorities compliance requirements and longrange financial goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterpriselevel decisions during a period of transformation and growth at DePuy Synthes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership to provide financial planning analysis and strategic decision support across workforce and talent initiatives.

  • Lead development of annual operating plans forecasts and longrange plans related to headcount compensation benefits and HR programs.

  • Analyze financial impacts of organizational design workforce changes and transformation initiatives providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure strong financial controls governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

  • Drive transparency and rigor in HR financial reporting including variance analysis and performance metrics.

  • Lead coach and develop finance team members fostering a highperforming and inclusive team culture.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Finance HR and business leaders to support enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration ora relatedfield (required).

  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically requires8-10 years of progressive finance experience including financial planning and analysis and business partnership.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions.

  • Strong analytical financial modeling and problemsolving skills.

  • Experience leading teams and managing complex crossfunctional initiatives.

  • Knowledge of financial controls compliance standards and corporate governance.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting HR workforce planning or peoplerelated cost structures.

  • Experience in a matrixed global organization.

  • Familiarity with transformation integration or separation activities.

  • Advancedproficiencywith financial systems and planning tools.

  • CPA CMA or similar professional certification.

Other:

  • Language requirements: English (businessproficiency).

  • Travel: Up to 1015% primarily domestic.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122000.00 - $212750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
