Sr Business Intelligence Engineer, FBA Analytics

FBA Analytics team is looking for an individual with excellent analysis and statistical skills deep knowledge of business intelligence solutions and the ability to work with product development and business teams. The successful candidate will have passion for data and analytics be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity with strong attention to this critical role youll partner with business leaders to develop analytical methods KPIs & dashboards and build AI workflows to empower business with data-driven strategic this critical role youll partner with business leaders to develop analytical methods KPIs & dashboards and build AI workflows to empower business with data-driven strategic decisions.

Key job responsibilities
Deep dive into data to uncover actionable insights.
Create robust reporting to increase visibility into the metrics and data.
Partner with key stakeholders to enable data driven decision making.
Partner with data engineers to build data pipeline and standardize data transformation logic.
Design and implement scalable self-service dashboards to enable business users get answer frequently asked business questions in self service fashion.
Apply statistical techniques to infer impact of product and policy decisions on business outcomes.

- 10 years of professional or military experience
- 5 years of SQL experience
- 1 years of processing large multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
- 1 years of performing statistical analysis experience
- Experience programming to extract transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval data science machine learning and data mining

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
