Role: Sr Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator
Client: Defense-Aerospace
Hourly Rate: up to $32/hr (W2 non-benefited)
Length: 4-month (Temp-to-Perm)
Location:Charleroi PA 15022
Clearance: Department of Defense Confidential security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
Primary Responsibilities
Putting quality over quantity the Sr Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules boards panels drawers frames and cables. Basically youll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes assemblies and large complex systems building RF multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process including assembly inspection and testing of electronic and mechanical components. The role requires adherence to quality specifications maintaining a clean work area and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Required Education and Experience:
