Job Title : SQL Developer

Location St. Louis MO ( Need Only Local -FTF Interview )

Duration : Long Term Contract

Must be already local to St. Louis (confirmed location with a Ropes assessment)

Must be willing and able to interview onsite in Maryland Heights no exceptions

One and done interview

About the Team

Billing Solutions Operations & Reporting

Theyre the IT side of the biller. She has a team of 7 - all are Sr. Developers

Theyre all pretty collaborative apart from 2 introverted devs.

Interpersonal skills are important for this position as they will interact with various teams including FieldOps Marketing IT Acquisition etc.

Requirements:

Tech they use is Snowflake for backend C# SQL Python and ETL processes

They get projects through intake and create custom solutions

Looking for 2 years of experience.

CSG/ICOMs would be a very good bonus if we can find that!

Day to day:

20% - sitting in on meetings taking requirements

40-50% - developing

20% - testing and documentation. Documentation is in Word and put into GitLab

The team does on-call support. If they are on call during the weekdays sometimes theyll have to work until 6pm and on weekends she estimated about 2 hours during the weekend if something comes up. On-call people will flex hours to meet the hourly requirement for the week. They rotate weekend on call.

Soft Skills

Someone curious willing to learn new systems. She hired someone with no biller experience and they are now a top performance because they were willing to learn and was curious!
