sustainment of various operational services such as GitLab Wiki Nexus and JFrogs Artifactory as part of the CASA Compute Environment (CCE).

Salary Range
The projected compensation range is 218K - 225K (annualized USD)
Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
Capabilities
Provide expertise in integrating installing configuring upgrading compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
Ability to integrate install configure upgrade compile and support COTS/GOTS software.
Generate documentation for the full software stack.
Update software for sustainment support.
Basic Linux system administration skills and shell scripting.
Execute test codes for characterization of software performance.
Requirements
Required Skills
Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux suite of tools
Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python to automate administrative tasks and workflows
Experience performing Linux System Administration including installation configuration and support of COTS/GOTS/FOSS products packages and libraries
Experience sustaining mission applications deployed in a Linux environment
Experience using Git for source control of system configurations
Experience creating CI/CD pipelines/workflows using GitLab CI
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
Desired Skills
Experience installing configuring and managing package registry COTS products such as Sonatype Nexus PyPy GitLab JFrog Artifactory etc.
Understanding of software packaging frameworks (maven pypi npm etc.) and their associated artifacts
Experience deploying containerized services under Kubernetes orchestration
Experience with interacting/training external customers
Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating installing configuring upgrading compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
OR
The individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating installing configuring upgrading compiling and supporting
COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
