Your Next Role: Associate Configuration Specialist
Were looking for a tech-savvy detail-driven problem solver with strong closing and title experience as a top priority to join our Implementation Team. Whether youre based in Raleigh or working remotely youll play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for our customers.
What Youll Own and Elevate
- Bring our platform to lifeconfigure test and optimize SoftPro Select
- Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless project delivery
- Lead engaging product demos that showcase our powerful tools
- Turn ideas into actiongather requirements scope projects and track progress
- Manage custom client solutions from concept to completion
- Maintain clear organized project documentation
- Help improve processes and create helpful customer resources
What You Bring to the Table
- 4 years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable)
- Deep experience with SoftPro Select including formulas
- Strong organization communication and project management skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel skills
- Project management experience Even better.
- Willingness to travel (10% US)
