Job Summary

Provide a short description of the Position:

The consultant will support state staff with ongoing support and maintenance for OPWDDs Tracking and Billing System (TABS) in addition to assisting with design development and testing for any new and existing projects for TABS.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:

programming.
for attending and participating in meetings related to projects and tasks impacting the Tracking and Billing System (TABS).
documenting and implementing technical requirements surrounding the analysis and design of new MUMPS/Cache solutions to support the strategic vision of OPWDD.
4. Support of existing interfaces and the development and implementation of new technology to interface between the TABS system and other internal and external data consuming systems.

Requested Qualification Number	Requested Qualification Notes to Agency: Points assigned will change depending on the number of Qualifications submitted There is no requirement to have 10 Qualifications. Only Number of Months is an allowable unit of measurement for experience.	Experience you have
1	84 months programming experience using MUMPS to develop and implement software applications in a health-care environment.
2	24 months programming experience using WSDL in SOAP applications for the designing creation and updating Cache web services.
3	24 months programming experience using MUMPS (Mass. General Utility Multi-Programming System) excluding post-relational Cache (i.e. Cache objects etc.).
4	24 months programming experience working with Project Managers on a Project Team providing technical assistance and guidance in making use of new technologies and methodologies when implementing new projects while delivering continual improvements for an existing legacy system.
5	24 months programming experience working with data exchange standards for sharing healthcare related data. For example Federal HIPAA Transactions (ASC 835 837 etc.) HL7 NIEM etc.
6	24 months programming experience using a recent (Version 2018 or later) version of Cache or IRIS for Health to develop software.
