Platinum Security is looking for a Captain for a reputable site in the Sacramento area. The position is responsible for training supervising and managing officers. The captain must have excellent leadership skills and be able to deal with adverse situations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
On-site Training of security officers assigned to post to allow consistency and the most up-to-date information
Working with Sr. Workplace Manager or designate on maintaining current Reception Binder/Post orders
Works closely with Security officers to ensure that they understand how to perform their duties answering questions that may arise
Address issues in real time with security officers not following on-site protocols (inaccurate pass-downs eating at desk logging in/out keys badges leaving doors unlocked etc.) to prevent repeated occurrences Train and provide support to new employees
Build/Strengthen working relationships with team as a whole
Develop strategy to ensure success
