Shift Manager

The Shift Manager working closely with and reporting to the Assistant General Manager andGeneral Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of our restaurant while striving to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Managerin daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance.
• Lead train and motivate staff fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our high service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing food and beverage quality control.
• Assist in maintaining health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.
