Job Summary
Title - ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer
Location: Jersey City NJ OR Tampa FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to support vulnerability identification prioritization remediation and reporting.
- Design and implement workflows business rules client scripts and integrations supporting the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Integrate ServiceNow VR with external vulnerability scanning tools and CMDB to automate vulnerability ingestion correlation and tracking.
- Configure MID Servers data sources and API connections for automated vulnerability data imports.
- Develop automation for vulnerability assignment remediation tracking exception handling and governance processes.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards reports and Performance Analytics indicators to monitor vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to streamline vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Support platform enhancements troubleshooting and optimization of ServiceNow security operations capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
- Strong experience with:
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)
- CMDB and Discovery
- ITSM processes
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Glide API
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanning platforms such as:
- Qualys
- Tenable
- Rapid7
- Prisma Cloud
- Similar security scanning tools
- Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and data ingestion frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management and remediation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications
Required:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain environments.
