***Location of Position: Flexible within major cities in the east region of the USA. This is a remote position.

As ourService Training Specialist Technician Experience you will plan and conduct training sessions for technicians covering both new and existing service methods. Collaborate with business and function stakeholders and identify competence development needs and develop localized training for various target groups. This role is crucial in enabling field operatives to meet KONEs safety and quality standards fulfill customer expectations and achieve productivity targets.
You willbring5 years of technical experience to KONE. You will usethe knowledgegained through yourbachelors degree or 5 years of technical experience in a similar industry.
Additional Responsibilities:
Understand of how each technician process works down to the key stroke required to do each task.
Support competence development surveys assessments and other ways to find out the competence development needs.
May supervise or conduct special training courses designed for selected key groups.
Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organizations training activities develop accordingly.
Ensures the training facilities and events meet KONE expectations.

Annual pay range
This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice whichmust beidentifiedto the Company.Employees may live in any location within the area of the roles scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $120300 $157920.We would like candidates from the following cities:
Miami Tampa Orlando Jacksonville Charlotte Atlanta Birmingham Nashville and Knoxville.
The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for thebusiness strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
Variable Compensation
KONEAnnual Bonus planat 15% Target Incentive (60/40)based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
