Director of Training Fast Casual Restaurant Group

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Director of Training to contribute to our vibrant team in Albuquerque. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead training initiatives within a fast-casual restaurant group fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

As the Director of Training you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive training programs that empower our employees and enhance operational efficiency. Youll work closely with management to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding guest experiences ultimately driving the success of our restaurants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80000 - $90000 annually along with a dynamic working environment and opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement training programs for all staff levels
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to align with business objectives
• Create engaging training materials and resources
• Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements
• Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company standards
• Mentor and support managers in developing their teams
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training

• Proven experience in a training or leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Strong understanding of operational procedures in fast-casual dining
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to create customized training content
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for developing others and enhancing workplace culture
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Education or related field preferred
