Job Summary
Must Have:
- 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong ITSM implementation experience
- Hands-on coding and configuration experience
- Team Lead or Technical Lead experience
- Client-facing communication skills
- CSA CAD CIS-ITSM certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM development and delivery.
- Design and configure Incident Problem Change Request and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Manage CMDB Discovery IRE rules and data governance.
- Create Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and Flow Designer workflows.
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
- Conduct client workshops requirement gathering demos and design reviews.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
