Job Summary

Must Have:

  • 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Strong ITSM implementation experience
  • Hands-on coding and configuration experience
  • Team Lead or Technical Lead experience
  • Client-facing communication skills
  • CSA CAD CIS-ITSM certifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM development and delivery.
  • Design and configure Incident Problem Change Request and Service Catalog modules.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs IntegrationHub and MID Server.
  • Manage CMDB Discovery IRE rules and data governance.
  • Create Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
  • Conduct client workshops requirement gathering demos and design reviews.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
