The coordinator will process customer records review information for accuracy update databases and spreadsheets organize digital documentation follow up on routine customer requests and escalate issues when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email telephone live chat messaging systems and other approved communication channels.

  • Verify names addresses contact information reference numbers dates and other relevant details before completing records.

  • Review entered information for typing errors missing fields duplicate records and inconsistencies.

  • Correct inaccurate information according to established procedures.

  • Maintain complete documentation of customer interactions and actions taken.

  • Ensure records are updated promptly following customer communications.

  • Follow established formatting categorization and data-entry standards.

Data Verification & Quality Control
  • Compare information entered into company systems against approved source documents.

  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure customer information is complete and accurate.

  • Identify incomplete inconsistent outdated or duplicate records.

  • Flag questionable information for clarification rather than making unsupported assumptions.

  • Correct data-quality issues within the employees authorized responsibilities.

  • Report recurring discrepancies or system issues to management.

Administrative Coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations teams.
