SERVICE DEPT ASSISTANT - Reports to Service Manager


Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Ability to file organize and maintain records

Customer Service responsibilities


Job-Specific Expectations

Greet customers in the service department

Answer large volume of inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department

Document and organize reservations of Service Department customers

File organize and maintain all service records

Serve as cashier in the department

Have the ability to multi-task and handle more than one task at a time.

Handle all internal repair orders including but notlimited to used vehicles trades wholesale and PDIs

Assist with PA Requests

Keep workflow and technicians moving via proper communication with the advisors and technicians

Use the Xtime RO Dashboard to assist with workflow

Assist in all other service related areas when needed

Fill in for service writers when one is on vacation/break
