Brew Brothers Servers are responsible forproviding superior service to both internal and external guests. Servers are responsible for serving guests in designated outletaccording tothe service specifications of that outlet to provide the guests with an outstanding to detail efficiency and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to department service standardsof beingaccommodatingaccurate and attentive
- Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees anddemonstrateresiliency to deal withdifficult situationsin all types of business conditions
- Provides superior guest service positively affects interactions with guests and employees can deal with difficult guests in all types of businessconditionsand can work effectively and courteously with fellow team members
- Responsible for complete andaccurateset-up and breakdown of the dining roomin a timely manner
- Assure the efficient smooth serving of guestsin a timely manner as outlined in the Brews Brothers Playbook
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices
- Flexible working various shifts days weekends and holidays
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to push and pull up to 40 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
- Must be able to run their own table timing
- Must be able to work well with others and in a team environment
