On The Map Marketing is a Miami-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO PPC content marketing and web development for law firms and small businesses. We manage hundreds of active SEO accounts and run one of the highest-volume SEO operations in the legal marketing space.
The Role
As a mid-level SEO Technician you will be responsible for executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies across a large portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with our SEO Manager Customer Success Managers and content team to deliver measurable ranking improvements for our clients.
What You Will Do
Execute on-page SEO optimizations: title tags meta descriptions header structure internal linking image optimization and schema markup
Perform technical SEO audits: crawlability indexation Core Web Vitals site speed and mobile-friendliness
Build and manage link building campaigns: outreach guest posting citation building and backlink analysis
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for local SEO clients
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs SEMrush and Google Search Console
Monitor keyword rankings organic traffic and other SEO KPIs across client accounts
Collaborate with content writers to ensure blog posts and landing pages are properly optimized
Document work completed per account and communicate progress to CSMs
Stay current on Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
What We Are Looking For
2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of on-page SEO technical SEO and link building fundamentals
Proficient with Ahrefs Screaming Frog Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Experience with WordPress comfortable making on-page edits installing plugins and troubleshooting basic issues
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
Strong understanding of local SEO: Google Business Profile citations local pack optimization
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills you will be managing tasks across multiple accounts
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Clear communicator you can explain what you did and why it matters
Bonus Points
Experience with legal marketing or professional services SEO
Familiarity with SEMrush BrightLocal or CallRail
Experience with schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data
Knowledge of AI-assisted SEO workflows
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
