Senior Water Resources Engineer

Our Riverscapes and Shorelines Team is actively seeking aSeniorWater Resources Engineer who can bring their passion andexpertiseto our dynamic group. Our ideal candidate has a passion for and experience in supporting and delivering projects across a broad spectrum of complexities withaprimary focuson water resources includingwetland andriverine systems.

Theideal candidatefor this rolewillresidewithin approximately 45 minutes of one of our Northern California offices (San Rafael Petaluma or Emeryville).Other locations includingfully remotewithin California orOregonwill be considered on acase-by-casebasis. Active projects span the San Francisco Bay Area Central Valley Sierra foothills and North and South this role you will have the choice to work in person or remotely. Field site visits may be needed during design development and construction.

WRA has an established internal leveling system for our staff thatmaps tosalary bands that have been informed by market data. Our leveling system is dependent on years of relevant industry experience education and the level of responsibility and autonomy at whichyoureexpected tooperate.

*The salary range for this position is$125000 - $161000whichrepresents2 job levels that WRA is open to considering for this your first conversation with our recruiter we will discuss leveling and compensation with you to make sure that expectations are aligned. Additionally while the position is being advertised as aSeniorWater ResourcesEngineer based on leveling conversations we maydeterminethatWater ResourcesEngineer is theappropriate titlefor you.
