Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Providesassistanceinall areas of HR including employment communicationonboardingbadging/licensing fingerprinting training administration electronicrecordkeepingandteam memberevents.
- Maintainsgeneral office frontcounter lobbyareaandcomputer lab areaensuring that theyare neat/cleanorderlyand well stocked.
- Handlesteammember questions/requestsand escalatesissues asappropriate toensure prompt resolution.
- Performs administrative duties includingmaintainingemployee records datainputand research;preparing reports;team member/vendor badgesgaminglicensingand renewalsetc.
- Assistsin coordinatingonboardingandNew Hire Orientation.
- Providesfingerprintingservices to applicants andgeneral public.
- Maintainsan upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professionalcourteousand friendly demeanor with allteammembersapplicantsand guests.
- Enthusiastically supports actively promotes anddemonstratessuperior customer servicein accordance withdepartment and company standards and programs.
- Responsible for ensuringthe compliancewith alllocal state and federal regulationswithinareaof responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Assistswith other HR projects and events as business needsdictate.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Minimumofoneyearexperience in a customer service position is;previousexperience working in HumanResources is desired.
- Proficientcomputer skills includingMicrosoft Office software(WordPowerPoint Excel and Outlook); iCIMS andUltiproexperience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and writtenskills. Bilinguala plus.
- Ability tomaintainconfidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task andproblem solve.
- Excellent organizational skillsdetail-orientationand ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caringconfidentialand helpful mannerwith discretion to know when issues need to be escalated to HR business partners.
- Flexibilityto work all shifts including holidays nights and weekend hours as business needsdictate.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documentsin English such as safety rulesoperatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurementvolumeand distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages areapossessabilitytooperatean adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to applycommon senseunderstanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Employees must be able to obtain andmaintainall licenses and permits required by federal state and local regulations including but not limited to a West Virginia Lottery License and a West Virginia Racing Commission License.
- Employees must be able to qualify as a Notary Public in West Virginia and obtain certification through the Companys screening vendor to administer screening and fingerprinting services.
- All required licenses permits and certifications will befacilitatedand paid for by the Company and are notprior to employment.
