Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - .NET (Enterprise Modernization)

Location: Richmond VA (3 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to drive architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise applications.
The role involves working across legacy systems and Core platforms leading modernization initiatives and ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

.NET Core MVC Web API Legacy system modernization ()
Microservices & Micro Frontends (MFE)
RabbitMQ / Messaging / Event-driven architecture
Architecture governance & design patterns
Performance tuning & scalability improvements
Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models

Good to Have

US Healthcare domain experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations Exposure to AI-driven development accelerators

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture and delivery for enterprise applications
Lead modernization initiatives (legacy to microservices / APIs / MFE)
Drive architecture design and code reviews Define and implement event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ / messaging)
Ensure performance optimization and scalability across systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams
Establish engineering standards patterns and governance
Leverage AI accelerators / development productivity tools for modernization
Mentor teams and ensure quality delivery across programs
