Senior Project Manager

The Services team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through post-implementation support troubleshooting consultation on system setup options and training on features and functionality. The team offers cross-portfolio support all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue utilization and customer satisfaction.

The Project Management team ensures successful project delivery including overseeing project objectives timelines and budgetary requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Manages multiplepracticedeployments Strategic and/or State-wide customer segments
• Leads implementations that span multiple schools districts or functional areas
• Providesbestpractice guidance based on deep K12 delivery experience
• Maintains project WIP within established engagement tolerances
• Ensures projects meet contractual financial and delivery expectations
• Completes administrative requirements ina timelyand professional manner
• Drivesand champion assigned process improvements
• Develops and manages delivery strategies across multiple deployments or subprojects
• Fosters a customer first attitude; understands PS related initiatives
• RepresentsProfessional Services in a senior customerfacing leadership role.
• Builds andmaintainsstrong executive relationships within districts.
• Delivers executivelevel status reporting and when quarterly business or review sessions.
• Ensures full compliance with PMO standards tools and methodologies
• Participates in PMOled reviews audits and lessonslearned activities
• Mentors andsupportsProject Managers and Associate Project Managers
• Setsdeliveryquality expectations and reinforces professional standards

• Spanish speaking required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant and related work experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Travel occasionally up to 5-10% for key moments such as team summits training conferences etc. with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
• Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $66900 - $106200 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures degrees and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
