Construction Project Manager (Low Voltage)
Job Summary
Were seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee low voltage scope across large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who can manage schedules budgets documentation subcontractor coordination and project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage low voltage construction projects involving fire alarm security telecom BMS and related building systems.
- Lead preconstruction planning scope review budgeting scheduling and project setup activities.
- Coordinate with MEP teams subcontractors field leadership vendors and project stakeholders to keep work aligned.
- Review construction documents low voltage drawings BIM coordination items RFIs submittals and change-related documentation.
- Track project progress schedule risks costs manpower needs materials and closeout requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience managing low voltage electrical MEP or building technology construction projects.
- Background supporting large-scale commercial or industrial construction required.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm security telecom BMS structured cabling or related systems.
- Experience with preconstruction estimating support scheduling budgeting and project controls.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents low voltage drawings and technical project requirements.
- BIM coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication organization ownership problem-solving and follow-through skills.
