The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Manager (Level M) to join our dynamic team in Mesa Arizona or Ridley Park Pennsylvania.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and mid-level managers develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope time quality and constraints from initiation to post completion.
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies goals objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
- Manages develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift:
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10 years of experience in program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering Business Operations and/or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional Microsoft Project Professional Enterprise Project Management or a similar tool
- 5 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 5 years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors Degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master13 years related work experience 19 years related work experience etc.)

Ridley Park PA - $191 250 - $236250
