Senior Product Manager Technical, Everyday Essentials Experiences

Amazons shopping experience is evolving and more specifically how brand-sponsored experiences work together with the organic EE experience to help customers discover new product types and engage more deeply with Amazon. The team is building the next generation of customer-facing product strategy across Homepage Search and Detail Page with the goal of making Amazon the undisputed destination for discovery and meaningful brand engagement.

The Senior Product Manager Technical sits at the intersection of customer experience advertising AI and cross-organizational product strategy. You will own the end-to-end CX vision for how a brand builds loyal EE customers building new sponsored experiences throughout the customer journey from the moment they land on the homepage to the moment they add to cart and then continue shopping. You will define the roadmap drive alignment across Ads Category Search BuyX Personalization NAS Design and EE Experiences and lead experiments that move metrics at scale.


Key job responsibilities
Own and define the product strategy for how customers discover compare and a brands portfolio of products a cross-organizational initiative
Partner with the top brands in Everyday Essentials to design customer experiences that drive brand engagement
Lead the design and sequencing of UX patterns
Drive goal alignment
Define and track success metrics from a brands perspective
Serve as the primary product voice in senior leadership reviews and key brand contacts communicating strategy tradeoffs and sequencing with clarity
Manage a complex stakeholder landscape
Translate customer and brand research into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap investments


- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements prioritize incoming work requests and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
