Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager Coupa Consulting a pivotal role for professionals with deep technical expertise in Coupa implementations and the ability to lead projects engage with executives and optimize procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
For Senior-Level Leaders (7 Years of Experience & Leadership in Coupa Deployments)
- Lead full-scale Coupa implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
- Conduct business process analysis identifying and implementing procurement improvements.
- Drive technical configurations customizations and workflow automation across Coupa modules.
- Oversee system integrations between Coupa and ERP platforms (NetSuite SAP Dynamics Workday).
- Work closely with C-level executives and stakeholders to align Coupa solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure high user adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues perform root-cause analysis and provide expert guidance on procurement automation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients helping them achieve procurement excellence.
- Own the end-to-end solution design for Coupa configurations approval workflows and compliance frameworks.
- Guide organizations through complex procurement transformations including change management strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance IT Operations) to optimize spend management processes.
- Lead multiple enterprise-wide Coupa implementations simultaneously.
- Provide executive-level recommendations on procurement technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Mentor and train junior consultants and implementation teams.
