This exciting role willworkcross-functionallyas aseniorleaderowning andmanagingthe complete life cyclesofDigital Portfolio Solutions and Engineering Technical Services & Support (ETSS)with directinfluence on business supplierand customeroutcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Oversee develop coordinate integrate analyze and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complextechnologyenabledprojects andexecutethemaccordance with project managementbest practices andindustry standards.
Own and lead the global program offerings for Engineering Technical Services and Support providing design engineering as-a-service; embedded into business solutions that grow the business through technical product knowledge cross-training and value-added services and support.
Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the Distribution Services business to capture prioritize and implementDigital and AI enabled projects focused on safety qualitybusiness performancecost reduction efficiency gain accountability and operational excellence.
Represent the business unit to definebusinessrequirements and business cases for technological developments including capture of requirements business processanalysis and use cases thatdrivebusiness partners to source and implementappropriatesolutions.
Define initiativestoimprove data availabilityand visualizationto derive key data insights enabling the team toleveragemeaningful dataand intelligencesolutionsacrossfunctional leadership to inform and influencestakeholdersmeasure and validate business performanceand enable business transformationusingdata-driven decision making.
Coordinate with business and technology teamsintegrating system and data requirements such as system functions output requirementsvalue streams and process integrationswhile incorporating best practices for change impact and change management.
Analyze andconfigurebusiness and technical processes toenableprocess improvements supported by technology. Understand that technology and process functionality has an interconnected relationship and that each helps transform the other.
Develop and use collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment ofIPT objectives. Build rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverage the organizations dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision.
Effectively communicate complex concepts and themes to non-technical audiences
Exemplify and foster collaborative ways of working that deliver results in a fast paced and high impactleadershiprole.
Accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understandingthe cultures oftheorganizationand applythisin a way that contributes to theorganizationsstrategic plan and bottom line.

Achieve desired outcomes on projects on-time and within the project design and plan the project and manage the project team(s).Control and deliver project deliverables project accounting and appraisal and optimize the contributionsof the people involved.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree
8 years indirect project or program leadershipcollaborating across complex cross-functional organizations with an emphasis onproductlife cycle management andtechnical solutions architecture
8 Years in a People leadership role managing a team offront-linemanagers and/or individual contributors
5 yearsdefining and managing business requirements and aligning stakeholders
5 years in Supply Chain Manufacturing and/or DistributioninAerospace and/or Defense industry
1 year experience withadvanceddata integration data processingandvisualization toolsincludingSnowflake MongoDB Tableau Power BI Databricks Hadoop Spark or similar.
Experiencewith line of business applications such as ERP (S/4Hana)Warehouse Management Planning and Procurement and business productivity systems.
