If you are looking to utilize your business partnering and FP&A skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team is the place for you. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and growth. Youll have the opportunity to standardize and coordinate forecasting planning and analysis gaining strategic insights into business performance and tracking key investments across the operating unit

We are working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities will include the following and other duties may be assigned as applicable:

• Provide strategic finance support for Marketing Training/Education and administrative functions within CAS to ensure alignment with goals and objectives

• Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgeted figures and provide insightful commentary to management

• Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to leadership highlighting key financial trends variances and recommendations for improvement

• Standardize processes to provide business performance insights

• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across Medtronic finance

• Educate business partners on financial topics and policies

• Lead the development and deployment of annual KPIs and processes

• Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

Nice to Have:

• CPA or MBA

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Powerpoint

• Experience with Essbase OneStream and/or SAP

Requirements:Requires a Baccalaureate degree AND minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$88000.00 - $132000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
