Job Title: Senior Developer (.NET Core) - Lead

Location: New York City NY (3 days onsite minimum)

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

Strong years of Core development experience building microservices-based architecture.
Good years of experience with SQL / relational databases (NoSQL is a plus).
Years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
Expertise with Git JIRA Agile/Scrum and modern container/platform tooling including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong ability to produce system design diagrams (sequence deployment etc.) to communicate architecture and integrations.
AI enablement & adoption: proficient in AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery (code generation/refactoring/testing) with secure engineering practices; establishes safe AI development standards (prompt/playbooks governance for AI-generated code/POCs); acts as an AI promoter/champion via demos and enablement.
Demonstrated ability to create POCs for new technologies and present recommendations/trade-offs to the team.
CI/CD & platform engineering: pipeline design quality gates automated testing strategy release strategies (blue/green canary) and environment promotion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and stakeholders.

Preferred:

Experience in the financial services domain.
Experience with Java and Kotlin (building services integrations or platform components).
