Job Summary
Senior Construction Project manager
Qualifications
Were looking for someone with strong execution and critical thinking skills proven construction experience (preferably with ground-up superstructures)
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project lifecycles including land acquisitions design coordination permitting construction and close-out. Coordinate with architects engineers consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Permit & Zoning Preparation: Prepare and submit building permit applications. Manage filings and presentations to the Zoning Board and Board of Appeals. Ensure compliance with local zoning codes and land-use regulations.
- Municipal & Agency Coordination: Liaise with municipalities and regulatory agencies for approvals. Manage timelines and requirements for multi-approval projects (utilities environmental infrastructure).
- Project Approvals & Compliance: Oversee approval-related projects. Ensure permits filings financial submissions and insurance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Office Management: Supervise administrative staff manage schedules support project teams maintain records and handle client staff and GC communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Construction experience (ground-up superstructures preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Execution and critical thinking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
