Senior Analyst of Student Supports

Responsibilities of this position may include:

• Maintain and further develop a joyful structured achievement-oriented school culture
• Provide proactive daily support to teachers and students to maintain high behavioral expectations to include student check-ins as needed/requested by school staff
• Help manage student referrals to the office
• Develop and support behavior intervention plans and accommodations for students with behavioral difficulties in conjunction with grade level teams
• Communication with families regarding behavior concerns
• Support during non-instructional times such as homeroom break and lunch Lead school culture incentives (i.e. dances homeroom competitions attendance incentives)
• Help to coordinate field trips Maintain the Friday Community Meeting calendar and coordinating activities
• Coordinate clubs and Joy Time activities
• Manage the hallway and other coverage as needed

1. Position Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Relevant Bachelors degree preferred.
3. A deep desire to work with educationally underserved student populations and their families.
4. An unwavering commitment to the academic success and personal development of our students.
5. An eagerness to set ambitious challenging and tangible goals and a relentless drive to achieve them.
6. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and a capacity to remain calm and focused when faced with unexpected challenges.
