As a Security Officer Access Driver in Gastonia NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic automotive location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post where you will help manage site entry monitor activity and support daily security-related operations. You will remain visible conduct routine patrols and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials screen visitors and/or deliveries and maintain accurate access logs to help support authorized access throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location including building entrances parking areas and perimeter points with attention to access control concerns and other security-related conditions.
• Report unusual activity policy violations and/or maintenance concerns and document observations in a clear and timely manner to help support day-to-day operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
