Job Schedule:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of global security operations experience preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.
• Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.
• Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..
• Strong knowledge of alarm panels intrusion detection and incident escalation procedures.
• Proven experience with access control and badge management.
• Ability to monitor and respond to alarms CCTV feeds while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify assess and appropriately respondto security events in global operations environment.
• Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays due to changing operational needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm professional and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Proven experience with access control and badge management.
• CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.
• Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.
• Background in corporate critical infrastructure or large-scale enterprise security environments.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas entrances lobbies parking areas and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials in accordance with site policies and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support closing and opening routines assist with alarms and after-hours activity and complete required reports logs and other documentation related to daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
