Position: Security Engineer (Coding Agent Experience)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex security engineering tasks.
- Review model-generated code and architectures for vulnerabilities and security risks.
- Identify bugs edge cases and security-related failure modes.
- Compare outputs from multiple frontier models to assess strengths and weaknesses.
- Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic security engineering scenarios.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2 years of professional security engineering experience.
- Experience with application security cloud security infrastructure security or vulnerability management.
- Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor Claude Code Codex Windsurf or Gemini CLI.
- Ability to identify flaws in model-generated code and architectures.
Preferred
- Experience securing production systems.
Compensation & Legal
- $400 per accepted task.
- Compensation is tied to accepted work.
