What Youll Be Doing
Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment and identifying root causes
Perform repairs onmotors conveyors pneumatic tools and production equipment
Handleelectrical and mechanical troubleshootingand repairs
Completepreventative maintenance (PMs)to minimize downtime
Disassemble and rebuild equipment replacing defective parts
Use shop equipment likelathes drill presses and grinders
Test and validate machine performance after repairs
What Were Looking For
13 years ofmanufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work withhand tools and metalworking equipment
Preventative maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED required
Maintenance apprenticeship or technical training strong plus
