Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master II (Digital Enterprise Security Office)
Location: Plymouth MN (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week on-site)
Duration: 12 months
Visa: No H1B (GC/Citizen only. No OPT. Misrepresentation immediate termination)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Digital Enterprise Security Office (ESO) . This is a high-intake continuous-delivery environment (security governance operational work) not discrete projects. You will own Agile execution and delivery discipline so security leaders can focus on core work.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups planning reviews retros).
Own Azure DevOps as the system of record: enforce board hygiene backlog health and WIP management.
Remove blockers and drive delivery transparency.
Partner with Product Owners on intake prioritization and capacity planning.
Use metrics (lead/cycle time) to identify bottlenecks and improve flow.

Must-Haves

5 years hands-on Scrum Master experience (enterprise not startup).
Azure DevOps expertise (or similar like Jira).
Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with high-volume backlogs continuous intake and cross-team dependencies.
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM).

Strongly Preferred

Experience with enterprise security GRC or regulated/policy-driven environments.
Background in Digital platforms or shared services.
