Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
Full-Time

Were looking for an experienced Scrum Master and servant-leader who thrives in complex fast-moving environments. Youll coach agile teams remove blockers and drive delivery transparency - while helping the broader organization level up its agile maturity.

This is a contract possible contract to hire role open to w-2 employees only. No C2C third parties or sponsorship available.

This role is onsite in the DFW area.

What youll do

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Retrospectives
• Coach the development team on self-management cross-functionality and adherence to DoR/DoD standards
• Identify and remove impediments at both the team and organizational level
• Maintain delivery visibility through key metrics - velocity lead time and burndown
• Partner with the Product Owner to keep the backlog well-defined refined and prioritized
• Apply scaling frameworks (SAFe LeSS ) to support enterprise-level delivery
• Drive continuous improvement through structured retrospectives that produce actionable outcomes
• Integrate AI and generative tools where applicable to streamline workflows and enhance team output

What were looking for

• 7 years managing software development projects across complex stakeholder environments
• 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master on a software development team
• Proficiency with Agile/ALM tools such as Jira Rally or Azure DevOps
• Strong facilitation skills - able to manage conflict and drive consensus with both technical and executive audiences
• Solid understanding of software development processes and release management
• CSM A-CSM CSP-SM or CSPO certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt) a plus
• Background in a regulated industry a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
