Location: The Learning Experience Ashburn VA
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Seasonal Summer Position MondayFriday
- Supervise school-age children during summer program activities
- Plan engaging games enrichment activities and group experiences
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Support positive behavior and teamwork among students
- Communicate professionally with families and leadership
- Follow all Virginia licensing and safety requirements
- Prior childcare or school-age program experience required
- Strong supervision and communication skills
- Reliable energetic and team-oriented approach
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
