The SAP S/4HANA Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale S/4HANA transformation program managing multiple implementation partners (e.g. Deloitte system integrators niche vendors) and ensuring alignment across business IT and external stakeholders.
The role requires strong program governance cross vendor coordination and deep SAP delivery experience with mandatory expertise in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.

Own scope schedule cost quality and risk management across all phases
Ensure integration across functional technical data migration testing and change management workstreams
Drive global rollouts cutover planning and hypercare stabilization
2. Multi Partner / Vendor Management (Critical)
Manage multiple partners (e.g. Deloitte offshore SI teams niche vendors SaaS providers)
Define clear RACI governance model and operating cadence
Microsoft Project (MPP) advanced planning & tracking
S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
Experience managing large teams (50 resources) and global programs
