Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. The ideal candidate should be a senior-level developer who can contribute as a technical lead drive a squad operationally and provide implementation guidance to junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform technologies.
Lead and mentor development teams while contributing hands-on to development activities.
Drive squad-level technical delivery and support implementation best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide architectural and implementation guidance to developers.
Work on integrations customizations and automation within Salesforce ecosystem.
Ensure high-quality code standards performance optimization and scalability.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development.
Experience working with Agentforce platform/solutions.
Ability to lead developers technically and operationally.
Expertise in Apex Lightning Components LWC SOQL APIs and Integrations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model.
