Position: Salesforce Developer Agentforce & Service Cloud
Location: CT (Hybrid)

Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Agentforce and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL Visualforce workflows and integrations.

Required Skills:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
Agentforce Specialist Certification
5 years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience
Strong experience with Apex SOQL Visualforce Service Cloud and Salesforce CRM
1 year of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
Experience building AI agents using Agentforce
Proficiency in Java JavaScript IDE Data Loader and deployment tools
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AutoRABIT GitHub and RTC
Knowledge of IVR technologies such as Avaya Cisco and chatbot integrations
