We are partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a Salesforce Technical Architect (Genesys Cloud CX) for a 12-month contract opportunity.

Location: Remote (Menlo Park CA)
Experience: 10 Years

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud enterprise CRM architecture and Genesys Cloud CX integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise designing scalable Salesforce solutions leading architecture initiatives and delivering contact center transformation solutions.

Key Requirements:
10 years of Salesforce platform experience
3 years of Salesforce Architecture experience
Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage integration experience
Strong experience with Apex LWC enterprise integrations and CRM modernization
