Who We Are

Jarvis Law is a leading elder law and estate planning firm with offices in Dublin Lancaster and St. Clairsville Ohio.


As we continue to grow we are excited to expand into West Virginia and establish a permanent office location to better serve families throughout the region! Training for this role will be based primarily out of our St. Clairsville office. Long term this position will be based out of our new West Virginia office location and will include travel for educational workshops community outreach events and client appointments throughout central and western West Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and grow our presence in a new market while making a meaningful impact on families navigating estate planning elder law and long-term care concerns. About the Role

As a Sales Executive you will be a key contributor to the growth of our firm by building strong relationships with potential clients educating them on our services and guiding them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible for setting expectations demonstrating the value of our firm and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.


This is an in-office role.

Compensation- $75000 bonuspotential (expected earnings to exceed $100000 with performance-based incentives)

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our estate planning and elder law services.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients helping them understand the importance of planning for their future.
  • Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
  • Represent Jarvis Law with professionalism integrity and a client-first mindset.

We are looking for a proven sales professional with:

  • A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service (5 years preferred).
  • A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple relatable way.
  • The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Experience in the elder care or legal services industry (preferred but not required).
  • A Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our case management system.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes revenue conversion rates and quality standards.
  • A professional positive demeanor with the ability to show tact empathy and diplomacy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio.
