Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:Our Construction Equipment Group is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinatorto work with our sales team in ourConcord are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes pride in being organized and has great follow-up skills!We are an energetic sales team who sells JCB Avant Toro and Vibroscreen. The sky is the limit and we want to add great people to our team!The primary responsibilitiesof the position consist of but are not limited to:Coordinate the invoicing process of Construction Equipment in New EnglandCreate POs and process manufacturer creditsPurchase extended warranties for new and used sales transactionsCoordinate freight needs for new sales deliveries with the transportation teamCoordinate service preparations for sales of new equipment and ensure readinessWork with finance vendors to process loan paperworkAssist our Accounts Receivable Manager with past due sales invoicesParticipate in weekly sales calls and update the status of all sales transactionsAnswer incoming branch phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departmentsIncorporate Altas Guiding Principles into daily activitiesPerform other duties as assignedConsistent regular and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start timeDesired Skills and Qualifications:Sales Coordination experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsEquipment experience preferredWell organizedWillingness to learn and grow with the businessDesire to win!Willingness to work with team members to overcome obstaclesPositive customer focused attitudeComputer Skills - Microsoft Word Excel and Skills - Intermediate:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Skills - Intermediate:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and Ability - High:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
