We are currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Services Assistant OverviewAs the Residential Services Assistant Coordinator you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our residential programs. Working closely with the Residential Services Coordinator you will assist in coordinating resident schedules ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high quality of life for all residents. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for service and strong leadership ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring adequate coverage for all in on-call rotation to support caregivers as needed on evenings weekends and the implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans for regular site visits and inspections to ensure a safe clean and welcoming to resident needs concerns and emergencies in a timely and professional and document medication administration medical appointments and daily living with onboarding and training new staff members on agency policies and accurate resident records incident reports and other required documentation in compliance with state and agency communication between residents families medical providers and administrative to a positive team culture through collaboration and other duties as assigned by the Director of Residential of a high school diploma or equivalent required; At least 1-2 years of experience working in residential services direct care or a related human services experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced written and verbal communication to remain calm and effective in crisis drivers license and reliable transportation pass a caregiver and driving background CBRF training on the UWGB registry ApplyInterested candidates can apply directly through our company job board.
